2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. You can check availability at the time of checkout. (*Note: COD may include a small handling fee.)
3. Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions on Aabha Couture are encrypted and securely processed through trusted payment gateway Razorpay with PCI-DSS compliance.
4. Can I pay using UPI like Google Pay or PhonePe?
Yes! UPI is fully supported. Simply click on Razorpay and choose "UPI" at checkout after clicking place an order button and complete the transaction using your preferred UPI app.
5. Do you offer EMI options?
Currently, EMI is not available. However, we’re working to introduce it soon for selected banks and credit cards.
6. My payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment failed but the amount was deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days. For help, please contact us at support@aabhacouture.in.
7. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Unfortunately, splitting payments is not supported. You must complete your purchase with one payment method per order.
8. Are there any hidden charges like taxes or delivery fees?
No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be transparently displayed.
9. Is international payment accepted?
At the moment, we only accept payments from Indian-issued cards and UPI IDs. International payment support is coming soon.
10. Can I get a GST invoice for my order?
Yes, if you require a GST invoice, please email us at support@aabhacouture.com with your GST details right after placing the order.
At AabhaCouture, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Aabhacoutre.in website.
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamanged and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Which items are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or altered products
Items marked as "Non-returnable"
Worn or damaged garments
3. How do I request a return or exchange?

4. Can I exchange my product for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are available for most products. Just send as an email at support@aabhacouture.in with order id, exchange size and details.
5. Do you offer reverse pickup?
Yes, we provide a free reverse pickup service for pin codes that are serviceable by our logistics partners.
6. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after the product passes quality check. Depending on your payment method, the amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Will I get a full refund?
Yes, full refunds are provided for prepaid orders. For COD orders, we refund the product amount (excluding COD charges, if any).
Aabha couture will Refund Shipping Charges in following cases:
Wrong product shipped
Damaged or defective product
Order cancelled before dispatch

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500 across India.
For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹80 may apply.
